We only stayed one night. The staff was friendly, rooms were cosy, the hotel has charm and feels special. Very well located. Just a bit of noise and no nice view, which is somehow to be expected at the heart of the city, but definitely a place that can be recommended and where we would gladly stay again.

The hotel is perfectly situated for visiting the town. Parking was very handy - just a couple of minutes from the hotel in an underground car park shared with another hotel. On arrival we were told we had been upgraded. The room was bijou but beautifully decorated. The reason why we did not give five stars is because the bathroom had a glass door (albeit with a sort of modesty panel). As a mature couple we would have much preferred a solid door! Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice and they provided gluten free bread on request. The receptionist was friendly and spoke excellent English. We only stayed one night on our way to Italy but we had a very pleasant stay.

Excellent family room, with 2 double beds and bunk beds for the kids. Staff were fantastic and very helpful. Perfect location for exploring Chambery. Only minor problem was the aircon struggled a bit and temperature was regulated centrally, so the room temperature was ok, but wasn't as cool as we would have liked. However, it was 36C during the day, so an exceptional heat wave and the hotel did their best to adjust it. Would highly recommend overall.

We spent only one night. Arrived early afternoon. Left the car at the nearby underground garage the hotel has arrangement with (2 minutes walk). Visited the old town, all walkable, pedestrian streets. Had engagement for the evening and next day late morning. So did not spent much time at the hotel all all. Chambery is a great city, especially the old center near the "castle".

Very pleasant hotel situated in the middle of Chambery with easy access to discounted public parking nearby. Perfect location for exploring the town and its many fine restaurants. Staff were pleasant and helpful!

We stayed for one night with 4 kids in a family room and we will definitely repeat. The situation is excellent for visiting the city. The parking easy to reach near the hotel within walking distance.
